In the unfortunate event that your fish/shrimp/invertebrate or plant is DOA (Dead On Arrival) send me clear photos of the deceased fish, invertebrate, or plant inside the bag or packaging within 3 hours of delivery if you fail to do this the DOA policy is void. Please provide your name, what your order was, and the order number. We take pride in all of the fish that we ship out and try to make the chances of DOA as low as possible. We offer refunds per fish/shrimp/invertebrate or plant, and if your whole order is DOA, we will refund the whole order and the shipping costs. We also do not offer to send replacement fish for DOA.
