Some plants we sell are grown emersed which means out of water when they are stuck back in aquariums, they may experience some melting (Leaves Dying) this does not mean they are dead as typically the plants will bounce back this also means the plant may look different from the one shown in the photos and depending on your conditions the plant may also look different to how it looks for other people such as if your injecting CO2 or have high lighting many plants may appear more red.
